You know what's strange?
I had shoulder pain for a long time, but I didn't really
care.
Why?
Because I was still having good workouts in the gym.
I figured the pain would just go away on its own. It was
just soreness from a hard workout. After all, as soon as
I warmed up in the gym and started sweating, the pain
was usually gone.
Little did I know this was just a defensive mechanism of
the body. When you start moving around and your body
senses that your shoulders are going to be put through yet
another workout, it releases chemicals to block the sensation
of pain. When this happens, most people just assume
whatever pain they had was minor soreness that needed
to be worked through.
Don't be fooled like I was. If you feel pain, there is a
problem. And it is not going to go away on its own.

shoulder pain. It will only delay you getting any better.
